    Not what I wanted

Posted by Carla on Nov 1st 2019

I have been using another product, and have been happy with it, except that the plastic lining keeps ripping away from the seams, due to the thinness of the plastic. I thought that these might fit the bill better.
I was wrong. Inserting the pad is a time-consuming bother. The plastic lining is nice and thick, but is also quiet, but getting a pad in the net pocket is a challenge. If one had arthritis or some other hand issued, it would be impossible, unless a slit was cut in the middle of the netting, which might make it unravel.
I also found that the coverage it provided was awful. It might work well for sleeping, as the coverage in the back is excellent, but the pocket doesn't come up high enough in the front, and if one happens to have a heavier accident, the moisture soaks the front of the panty.
If the pocket went up higher and had a slit in the middle instead of at the top, these panties might just be the perfect thing. (I did find that they didn't fit as well as the product I use, but I have a large posterior, so I don't mention the fit.)
I now have 4 unopened panties to find a home for. I really wanted these to work, but I guess I'll have to stick with the other product, and continue to glue the fragile plastic in place when it rips out.
